How Do I Get My Site To Automatically Translate To A Visitors Language

There are two ways to translate your site in to a visitors language, the hard way and the easy way.  The hard way is to pay a translator for each language, create a language specific page for each language, automatically detect the users language and then deliver the correct page to them.
